Terms of Service

We stand behind the quality of every Royal Émoral purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it within our 14-day policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the product remaining in its original packaging.

All return and exchange requests are reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item.

Please note:

1. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Customers are responsible for any delivery fees associated with exchanges.
3. For orders above Rs.5,000, we offer exchange only — refunds are not applicable.
4. If you received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, Royal Émoral will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
