Items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

Important Notes:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns or exchanges (unless due to damage or error).
If your order arrives damaged, is leaking, or you receive the wrong item, we will cover all return and reshipping costs.
To process such claims, please ensure you record a video while unboxing the package, showing the issue clearly. This helps us verify & resolve the matter quickly.
